So, in other words ... the short answer is: no.
The long answer is: hell, no.
I'm a little more concerned about the other video Megla did - about book publishing scams. How do you know who's legit and who's not? Well, big names like Penguin, Random House, Thames & Hudson etc. are probably legit ... riiiiiiiight?
P.S. Never, ever, ever publish with a vanity press. EVER. Why? Because vanity presses charge you for everything (like an indie press) but do not work for you (unlike an indie press or a traditional press).
But of course, they won't call themselves a vanity press. So it's important to do your research and find out what they are ...
