yes I do have some mental health issues which come along to smack me around every now and then. I am doing my best to deal with them and control them...

I just wanted to respond to this post. Yes I have some mental health issues which I have received treatment for in the past. No I am not on any medication and have not been for almost a year. I find being on here to be one of the main things that helps me with the ups and downs. I also have the support of my wife.
