Great article. There were so many new terms my head's spinning. I'll probably consider using some, maybe even all, of these devices, but hanged if I'll be able to remember what half of them are called. Where have I been all my life?

Onomatopoeia, Cage! :D I don't think it's hard to pronounce, but I've heard it done several times. It's "Oh-no-ma-toe-PAY-ah"; try it a few times and you'll see what I mean.
