I have a single question for EVERYBODY who visits the forum.
"What can we do in 2018 to encourage you to be more active on here?"
If for any reason you don't feel comfortable posting on here, please feel free to drop me a PM.

I am only new around these parts, I think how things are work well.

Thank you for the feedback. It seems we are not as active on here as we have been in the past.
Re: Vision 2018
I'm probably at about the level of interaction I can manage for now.
I think one of the drivers for activity is the number of active members on the forum. Looking at the logins in the last month, we've only had 27 unique members log on. A number of those are the regulars, but there's many who are lurking without participating (please, we'd love to hear from you).
We've discussed chat sessions. Would sessions with a specific focus, or "special guest" be of interest to people? If there's a sufficient level of interest I can try and leverage a few contacts I have.

That sounds great.
Re: Vision 2018
That's a tough one. I'd like to see anyone on more often but I appreciate everyone has work/family/house etc commitments (I do too but they're restricted by disability). Not everyone has the time free like I do so I'm just happy if anyone is free enough to participate. Also, I'm not procrastinating as much and maybe others are finding the same? Not sure how to get around that.
Re: Vision 2018
A guest in the chat session is a great idea, Paul!
Re: Vision 2018
Maybe starting a discussion like "how do you find reading improves your writing?" And have a topic every week. I'd be happy to run that and people can PM me with ideas, I can post them weekly.
