Sigh. I went to that spreadsheet, and just about everyone's contact details say DM [something]@[something] - no .com, no .org or .org.au etc. What does
that mean?

I understand they want to protect themselves from spam, but I can't contact them like this.

DM = Direct Message, so if they've only listed that as a contact then you would need a Twitter account to get in touch.
The details were shared via the #WritingCommunity on Twitter, and they're pretty good at filtering out the spammers.

That's a comprehensive list! There were some emails Rath, but whether they apply for you, I couldn't say.
