Can I suggest this under Getting Published? It's a free course on how to write a book proposal. I took it and found it really helpful ... but then again, I'm a total newbie at this so maybe ANYTHING is helpful as far as I'm concerned. :D

Just added Guide to Grammar and Writing: very comprehensive on-line notes on grammar and punctuation (albeit US-based).
