Re: Member Removed

The past incident does relate to this person who has now been removed. There is reason to believe they are the same person.

Re: Member Removed

Thank you very much for doing that. (y) We don't need disruptive, abusive members who spend their time trying to undermine the confidence of other people while contributing nothing of value. It's a vindictive trait that can have harmful consequences for members who need support and encouragement to ...

Re: Removal of non-active members

Great to have you back ChristineR! Congratulations for self-publishing your first book. It's a huge job so well done for tackling it by yourself.

All the best for the second book in your series.

Well, if Paul doesn't want to use the BettyBoop experience as the basis for a fictional story / novel, would somebody else like to use it? It's actually very current; the risk of making online en...

Re: Removal of non-active members

Hi Paul (PGB), There was quite a reaction to the nasty behaviour of a previous member who went by the alias of 'BettyBoop' when she/he stalked you on our forum, having crossed swords with you on another of the forums you belonged to. It had nothing to do with any of us and the way in which she tried...

Re: Removal of non-active members

This forum is a great tool for researching issues of value to writers or potential writers. The information stored here is extremely valuable. I often go back to old posts and re-read them for their valuable content. I can see no valid reason to destroy all that work that members have contributed ov...

Re: Removal of non-active members

Is there a problem with unused accounts? ie Ones that haven't logged in for a while. Do they require money or effort spent maintaining them? If so then it may be worth sending the member an email indicating this and asking if they wish for their membership to be removed. If not then it would seem t...
